We're building a short list of teas from the regions that perfected them: oolong from Fujian's Wuyi and Anxi hills, black tea and pu-erh from Yunnan, Longjing green from Zhejiang. Each pouch comes with its own brew card: scoop, pour, wait three minutes. That's the whole ceremony.
